Dr. Teri Tomlinson, BCND, MH, CNHP, CIC
Teri Tomlinson has been studying natural health for more than 30 years. She is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, a Master Herbalist, Certified Natural Health Professional and Certified Inform Coach.
The word "doctor" comes from the Latin word docere which means to teach and Teri is focused on teaching and sharing a holistic approach to maintaining wellness with an emphasis on disease prevention. She believes that creating a lifestyle which includes pure water, wholesome food, proper diet and nutrition, exercise, proper living, appropriate rest, right thinking, absence from toxic substances, effective management of stress and a number of other natural practices lead to the balanced living concept. In addition she believes that physical health is primarily a reflection of God's universal law of cause and effect. How we care for our bodies is both a physical and spiritual issue that impacts our health and the health of our offspring.

Lisa has been a Certified Natural Health Professional for the last 24 years. She is also Certified in Iridology and has completed her graduatecourse in Classical Homeopathy. With her extensive knowledge of Natural Health, she has been a Regional Meeting speaker, Leader’s Conference Trainer and Convention speaker for Nature’s Sunshine Products, having attained the level of Regional Manager. Lisa has also been an Instructor for Certified Natural Health Professionals in Homeopathy and participated in the Nutritional Advisory Board for ViaViente’. She has extensive teaching experience in Iridology, many classes in Natural Health and as Nutritional Instructor for Wood Hygienic Institute & School of Massage. With her passion for Natural Health, she founded Healthfully Yours, Inc. and continues to serve as a Natural Health Consultant.

Monica loves learning, discovering, and creating fun and uniques ways to help others stay fit and healthy. When she was 5 years old her love for dancing started in a Hula and Polynesian class. This sparked her interest in all dance: ballet, tap, jazz, and belly dancing. Through the years her fitness goals developed a more athletic approach with aerobics and strength training.
